How It Works: Smart Batch Activation

Pre-Coding: We generate unique digital IDs for each sachet before production begins.
On-Site Printing: These IDs are printed as QR codes on the packaging during the filling process at the factory.
Lab Verification: Once the batch is finished, laboratory quality tests are conducted.
Blockchain Minting: After the tests are passed, we "activate" the batch IDs on the Polygon network, linking the permanent lab reports to each sachet.

Development status

We are currently developing smart contracts and digital passport architecture. The verification system is scheduled to launch simultaneously with the first industrial batch.
